Alicia Keys’ Black Ball Benefit to Feature Chance the Rapper, Salt-n-Pepa, More

Alicia Keys is organizing the Black Ball to benefit Keep a Child Alive, a benefit concert that will take place on October 19.

This is the 13th annual Black Ball and will feature an all-star lineup from various corners of the music universe: Keys, Chance the Rapper, A$AP Rocky, Salt-n-Pepa, and Patti Smith. The evening should guarantee a mixture of contemporary hip-hop, RnB, and throwback classics when those acts take the stage at the Manhattan Center/Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Keep A Child Alive, which uses funds to combat the AIDS crisis abroad by supplying HIV medication to children and families.
