Singer extraordinaire Chaka Khan recently appeared on Wendy Williams’ 50th birthday celebration show, where she revealed quite a bit about her personal life.
The conversation on the talk show host’s infamous couch started off rather innocently, until the subject of relationships came up.
When asked if she is currently dating anyone or if there’s even a special “little friend,” Khan revealed she hasn’t had sex in 10 years!
“I Haven’t had any in 10 years,” the 61-year-old singer said. “That’s a friend without benefits. I’m not looking for benefits.”
But when it does come to dating, she prefers men 10 years older.
In the interview, Khan, who’s the mother of two children, a 33-year-old son and a 40-year-old daughter, also revealed she recently adopted her 13-year-old grand daughter.
“I just feel blessed that God gave me another chance at raising a child while having a head on my shoulders,” she told Williams.
When it comes to performing her hits, believe it or not, Khan doesn’t like performing all of them. One exception is her hit song “Ain’t Nobody.”
Chaka Khan also opened up about her addiction and recent exit from rehab and revealed she is heading into the studio to record new music, which we’re definitely looking forward to.
