The WAVE's Soulful Summer Concert with WAR, Los Lonely Boys and More This Saturday: Tickets Here

The Robert Glasper Experiment At Club Nokia

Robert Glasper is red hot. Since winning his first Grammy award two years ago for his album “Black Radio”, his name is becoming more and more familiar and so is his music. Here at the Wave, we’ve been playing a song from his latest release Black Radio 2, called “Somebody Else” featuring British vocalist Emelie Sande and getting great response from you, the WAVE family.

Tonight, May 22nd, The Robert Glasper Experiment opens for Ledisi at Club Nokia at LA Live and believe me this is an experiment you won’t want to miss. He took a moment to stop by our studios before his sound check to talk about the new record, some of the amazing people he’s been working with and tonight’s performance.

Remember, Thursday is the new Friday so go ahead and dare to stay up late on a school night to see Ledisi and The Robert Glasper Experiment tonight at Club Nokia. . They are well worth it.
