94.7 The WAVE proudly celebrates Black History Month and is proud to honor Lori Gay.

For 23 years Lori Gay has been working with Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles to help hundreds of Southern California residents start a new life in a new home.

“As I look ahead, it’s ‘how many more can we help?’ How many more people think about the fact that no matter what age or background, they can be a homeowner? And they can achieve the American Dream, and put their stakes in the ground, and say ‘I did it, too,” said Lori Gay.

PAT PRESCOTT: Lori Gay’s has an unwavering dedication to L.A.’s future homeowners and along with her talented and dedicated staff, NHS of L.A. County has developed and rehabilitated 12,600 housing and commercial units and help hundreds of home owners to make the American Dream a reality.
