In a parody of LMFAO’s “Sexy and I Know It” this father of five (two older boys and triplets) shows everyone out there how it gets it done from poopy diapers to playing house to the Wiggles dance.

And obviously, he works out with a little help from his little ones. Think baby dumbbells.
