In this week’s issue, Hollywood hunk Brad Pitt graces the cover of People magazine where he opens up about his past year making the most of family time with his six children and superstar fiance, Angelina Jolie.

“It’s been a family type of year, a down-home type of year,” he tells PEOPLE in the cover story. “Mama’s worked more. And quite frankly I’ve really enjoyed it.”

Pitt also hinted on the red carpet premiere of his new mob flick Killing Me Softly that the star couple’s long-awaited nuptials will happen sometime in the near future, telling People “the time is nigh.”

He added, “It’s soon. I got a good feeling about it.” Pitt also revealed that when the couple does tie the knot, the ceremony will be “just family.”

That’s all the wedding plans he’s revealing for now, but the star has a lot on his plate between re-shooting scenes of his World War Z flick and being a dad.

Pitt’s newest film Killing Them Softly opens in theaters this Friday.
