After battling addiction with drugs and alcohol for years, singer [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Whitney Houston[/lastfm] has once again checked herself into rehab to deal with her problem. [photogallerylink id=37902 align=left]

According to sources, she voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility just 10 days ago, but has able to leave the facility while wearing a monitor.

Entering rehab twice before in 2004 and 2005, the 47-year-old Whitney Houston has long battled her addiction to drugs and alcohol in the public light. As recent as 2009, Whitney recorded a comeback album and proudly declared herself clean and sober. The news of her entering rehab also comes on the heels of her daughter’s Bobbi Kristina’s alleged scandal caught with cocaine in March.

“Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment,” Houston’s rep tells PEOPLE. “Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process.”

She is allowed to leave the premises of the rehab center while wearing a monitor, and was just recently seen enjoying one of Prince’s shows in Los Angeles. There is no word on where she is staying or how long the program will last.

Whitney, we all love you so very much. I have been following your career since you first began. You are one of a kind in your own right!!! When we hear the beautiful melody of song come through those gifted “pipes” of yours, we know without seeing your face those melodies belong to you. Keep fighting the good fight, for you will not lose your lives even though the ship may sink!! Stay strong. GOD IS STILL ON HIS THROWN AND WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU. HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU!!!! AND, NEITHER WILL WE!!!!

Let’s start a campaign to let Whitney know how much we LOVE her. Please leave a word(s) of encouragement here for her to read. Whoever takes care of this site please tell her to read this area from time to time. Please make her aware of these prayers and well wishers. Everyone who is reading these lines needs to leave a few words and tell a friend or relative to do so also. Let’s show our LOVE and personally ask the Lord to free her from these demons
