Jennifer Aniston caught our attention last week with her Babs-inspired photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar, where the actress channeled the Funny Girl, complete with dramatic ’60s eye makeup and short ‘do.

Eventually, the Oscar and Grammy winning [lastfm]Barbra Streisand [/lastfm] caught sight of the makeover and addressed the transformation. So did Babs sing Aniston‘s praises or was she indifferent?

On her blog, Streisand commented on the photos writing:

I was very flattered that Jennifer Aniston chose to interpret my style with the photos in Harper’s Bazaar.

Aw, how sweet.

Streisand added:

She’s a delightful person, and I think she did a wonderful job. If only she had a bump on her nose.

She’s a “delightful” person? Ouch! Are we the only ones that think “delightful” sounds like a word people use when they’re being polite but don’t have much else to say?
